As an English Tutor in Austria I have gained a working use of German and built an awareness of the language needs of the German speaking market. I have also become skilled in both giving language tuition and planning lessons, both towards conversation and passing the Cambridge BEC. My customer service is excellent and I have a good knowledge of evaluating language levels.
These skills are built on those I acquired at Books Etc, where I gained supervisory and management experience and experience of liaising with suppliers and customers. I have also organised events, acted as first point of E-mail and phone contact, lead projects and prepared documents, including invoices, schedules and check lists
